Reena Barik is 28 years old woman of Mathakaragola village, Dist-Balasore. She is staying with her husband Babuli Barik and one son. Now she is very happy for being a SHG member of BISWA. Now her living condition is good.Before intervention of BISWA she did not aware about of SHG. She was living very poor condition. They did not have enough food or clothing. With the intervention of BISWA in her village she became aware about SHG and Micro-finance and micro enterprise. BISWA provided her training about small business (Tailoring). And she decided to start a business. She took a loan from BISWA through her SHG for Rs.15, 000 to start a Tailoring shop. Now she is making Petticoat and Blouse. She is selling her product through LAXMI PRIYA Enterprise. Now she earned Rs.80.00 per day.
                                   
Today she enjoys a good social standing within her village.  She lends to other women in the community when they need it and others SHGs have formed after being inspired by her story.  Reena firmly believes that "group decision is the only solution to any problem."  Now she has no difficulty to repayment her loan.
